Retirement

Hey folks, let me start with saying I am not giving up creating. I am retiring from events. The picking or being picked (juried) has lost its excitement. The packing and traveling, the setting up and breaking down had become exhausting. I don’t just mean physically either.

I was dreaming about huge events (14 days) that no matter how many rings, singles and stacks or even sets I created it wouldn’t be enough. I have over 400 handmade jewelry pieces that aren’t on the website. I find jewelry making relaxing and get lost in the process. This year rolled around and the invites and applications started filling my email. I looked but that familiar feeling was gone. I added abstract paintings to the mix and I have to say I love it.

I’ve met vendors older than me so I am not saying I am too old to do it I just don’t want too. I will continue to provide beautiful quality gemstone pieces that make me happy. With the hope they do the same for you.

Discover what speaks to you.
